Only in 2.4.6pre2aa1: 00_ksoftirqd-5

ksoftirqd updates to work with the softirq updates in 2.4.6pre2. This
fixes severe bugs like the fact do_softirq must not unconditionally
re-enable interrupts before returning possibly generating an irq
recursion that would overflow the stack. It also avoids to starve
userspace and it lets the scheduler to balance the softirq flood.

Only in 2.4.5aa3: 00_raisesoftirq-setbit-1

Dropped the set_bit in raisesoftirq, set_bit can only be run on an int.
Noticed by DaveM. (ok on x86 it's harmless)

Only in 2.4.5aa3: 00_sched-rt-fix-1

Dropped by mistake sorry (I didn't catched the reject), will be
reintroduced in a later version. Even if the bugfix was recommended
this bug matters only in the rt corner case so it's not a showstopper.

Only in 2.4.5aa3: 00_softirq-SMP-fixes-3
Only in 2.4.6pre2aa1: 00_softirq-fixes-4

Updated the memory barriers for clear_bit and friends to make the
softirq code smp safe in architectures where the non conditional bitops
and atomic operations are not also implicit memory barriers.

Looks like mainline driver is been fixed, not merged the new driver
anymore because the new driver hangs every few seconds, while the old
one with this fix delivers the expected throughput.
